• Step 2: Title Review
  If the title comes back clear, we move forward with marketing the contract to our network of vetted buyers, which includes builders, developers, and repeat investors.
• Step 3: Exit Strategy
  We either assign the contract to a trusted buyer, partner with our realtor to sell the contract or choose to close on it ourselves—whichever strategy best fits the situation.
• Step 4: Closing
  With our exit strategy in place, we proceed to closing and complete the transaction. PAYDAY!
